- The front box frame contains chassis members which deform longitudinally in a frontal collision for greater occupant protection.

- Large convex mirrors for improved rearward vision. The new mirrors are heated and fold flat against the cab for improved access to tight spaces. If clipped, they are less likely to break or cause damage to the other vehicle.
