I was really satisfied with the experience with Alpha. Receptionist and driver were all nice when they explain and give information. We did not even wait for long time to pick up the car to go Alpha office. I am really happy with the car as well. I highly recommend to my family or friends to rent a car in Alpha.

We were given a brand new nissan xtrail which was far better than we expected, the return process was far quicker than the pick up all in all a very good experience and yes we will recommend Alpha to family and friends as a great company to hire vehicles from when visiting australia.

The guys at hendra were also extremely helpful when I couldn't get the ute back to the city branch on time (story bridge closed in both directions while I was on it). They were very helpful and understanding!
