Exceptional service. Offered a free upgrade which suited us since we were driving on the motorways and felt much safer than it would've in the small car. Nice to be able to get a discount off parking in melbourne too. Great way to bundle parking and car hire.

The no-fuss vehicle return was pleasant. I also appreciate not being "upsold" when I picked up the car. When car companies offer me every extra at pickup I feel they are ignoring the time I've already spend making choices online.
