Good morning
I would like to thank Alpha Car Hire for an such an easy stress free car hire experience. We picked the car up from Brisbane Airport office and found the car to be more than satisfactory.
We dropped the car at Brisbane Airport office before our flight and were driven directly to the Qantas airport terminal by Alphas courtesy shuttle.
Thank you Alpha Car Hire we will definitely be using your company again on our next visit to Queensland as we do visit at least 3 times per year.

We have used Alpha Car Hire a couple of times now. The cars we have hired have been in excellent condition and a delight to drive. The check-in process is easy and the staff are friendly and helpful. We would recommend hiring a GPS system if travelling anywhere you are unfamiliar with – it certainly made our last trip much easier. We would definite recommend Alpha Car Hire and would not hesitate to use them again.

What a surprise. I didn't know what to expect of Alpha and I was completely satisfied with the way the system worked. The pick-up at the airport was quick and once back at the office, details were taken with ease. The car was ready and waiting outside the door, and after some explanations I was on my way. I had a Hyandi Getz for 3 weeks, everything went perfectly. On my return, once again, I was quicly dealt with and taken directly back to departures. I am from the UK, and I am also taking some time in NZ. On my return, I am using Alpha once again. That surely is confidence in their system.

We had a very good experience with Alpha from the initial enquiry, booking then througg pick up and drop off of the car. I think your customer service was excellent all the way. I really appreciated the collection at our Brisbane Hotel to your depot to collect the car and the drop off from your Brisbane airport depot to International terminal. All of that was very seemless, on time and the staff very nice, pleasant and professional indeed. The car was nice to drive and I think the inspection and detailing of defects when I collected car was very thorough - probably more so than I've encountered with rental firms in NZ, Australia, UK, Europe and Hawaii.
So four gold stars from me - I would certainly use your firm again and we are likely to travel to Australia reasonably regularly as we have two of our children living there permanently.

When we arrived in Brisbane airport all I had to do is phone the toll free number & within 10minutes a shuttle had picked us up – the exchange of details, keys etc were trouble free & from now on I will use this establishment when I travel to Brisbane... The drop-off point was in Coolangatta & that was hassle free as well... Alpha Car Hire has professionalism about there staff & I recommend them to anyone travelling Australia...

We would certainly be happy to recommend Alpha car hire and have actually done so in the last week. The car was new and in excellent condition, the price was the best, there were no hidden extras and all the staff were very helpful.
We were a little concerned at not having a depot at the airport, but this was no problem and particularly at departure time, it actually made life easier. Rather than having to find the rental car office location within an unfamiliar airport precinct, unload the car, take the luggage to the rental car office and then wheel it on to the airport itself, the very friendly staff simply drove the 5 of us in our own rental car (luggage still loaded up) from their offices (5 minutes from Brisbane airport) to right outside the departure terminal - even unloaded the car for us. Fantastic.

Hi, just wanted to say I was very impressed with your service, prices and vehicle. I usually use **** (another local car hire company) but last time I hired a truck they charged much more than they quoted even with a discount voucher the truck had no fuel, fuel light was on when I got it so lost more money on refill. The truck was coated with oil inside which tracked through both houses we were moving between and got all over our furniture and boxes. Was very disappointed with them and they did nothing to rectify the situation. I found Alpha to be a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person, they beat the cheapest quote I had considerably and provided a near new truck that was a pleasure to drive and load/unload. Also being a manual vehicle was nice. Overall I have no complaints at all with you guys and have and will recommend you to anyone I know requiring a rental vehicle.

In response to your customer feedback. We have been very happy with both of the occasions that we have hired an SUV from Alpha Car Hire.
We found the web site, the telephone response, personnel at the Hendra and City Office excellent and we were very happy with the family SUV we hired on both occassions.
Your company came to our notice in a supplement in the weekend papers in New Zealand. We travel to Queensland twice a year and will be in touch again for May 2009 and August/September 2009. We have passed on your company’s name to friends.

We would like to thank Alpha Car Hire for the excellent service my husband and I received a few weeks ago. We were picked up straight away and taken back to the office at Coolangatta. Filled in some paperwork and soon we were off on our weekend away. The car we had was a Getz and it was great to run around in for a few days and economical with petrol. Recently my wife and kids and I hired a rental from Alpha Car Hire, we were collected from the gold coast air port, had the contract explained to us and sent on our merry way. On our return we were delivered back to the air port (free of charge) by a friendly courteous driver. Our car was exactly perfect for what we needed, was clean and tidy and went well for our requirements with no problems what so ever and great value for money.
It would be my recommendation to use Alpha Car Hire to anyone travelling where Alpha are located.

I think you guys at Moorooka deserve a great big thank you for the service you provided to me yesterday … I was late to pick up the truck which was booked in at 8am … The salesman at the counter went out of his way to get me another truck (even to the extent of getting a truck delivered from another depot … (any other place would have said sorry you were late)
Having lived in America it was a major shock to me when I moved to Australia and found out that customers are made to feel like they owe the shop and good enough is good … you proved me wrong … good enough (me having to wait 45 minutes for the next truck) wasn’t obviously good enough to you guys at Moorooka.

My wife and I were in Australia on holiday for a week. We booked a rental through your website some months prior to arriving. We found the site informative and user friendly. We arrived at Brisbane Airport on a Monday afternoon and called your office to be collected. Your driver arrived within 10 minutes of our call and took us to your depot to fill in the paperwork etc. This was completed quickly and efficiently by your office staff. The vehicle we hired (Getz) was in excellent condition and performed well during the rental period. On returning the vehicle at the end of the week we were once again dealt with efficiently and courteously by your staff.
In summary we were very happy with our experience with your company and won't hesitate to use your services again, and recommend your company to friends and relatives.

The service that I received from this car company was second to none. The staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. This was especially apparent when my gps suddenly stopped working while I was in the Gold Coast. After calling the Brisbane office, they arranged a new gps for me, to be picked up from the Coolangatta office, which was within my vicinity at the time. As I arrived at the office, a representative was ready with my new gps. The staff at this car rental company is always ready to offer assistance.

Your service was great as we did look around at other companies to hire a rental vehicle. It saves hunting for a parked vehicle at unfamiliar Airport carpark, and also the costs involved with Airport Parking. I would love to give you a brilliant endorsement for your company files. We were extremely impressed with the service provided by Alpha. I chose Alpha from the internet. I had emailed several other companies and got either absolutely no response , an extremely terse auto response or they took so long to reply that I'd forgotten who they were.
Alpha on the other hand,had an extremely user friendly web-site coupled with fantastic , efficient , friendly, people -oriented service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They even helped me out with finding accomodation near the airport when I was stuck.My bookings were changed several times due to MY mess-up and no-one at Alpha was in the slightest bit perturbed about it. All of the staff we met at 2 different branches(Coolangata & Brisbane Airport) were friendly , helpful and polite .The vehicle we had was excellent for what we wanted. It was the size that was recommended to us by Alpha staff who clearly knew what they were talking about. The vehicle was in excellent condition and lived up to all it was advertised as. As far as value. Completely unbeatable. We looked into the cost of getting around by shuttles, trains, buses almost anything except camels and it was a much cheaper option to rent the vehicle from your company with of course the added convenience of not having to be tied to a timetable. (No one wants to be stuck on someone elses timetable on holiday.) We particularly loved the fact that what was given to us as quotes for vehicle hire had everything in it. There were NO hidden costs, No last-minute "Ops forgot to tell you about this fee". Alpha provided exactly what they advertised.
I will definitely be recommending Alpha Car-Hire to anyone I know who is going to Brisbane or Gold Coast as an awesome hasslefree company. Thankyou for helping us have such an enjoyable hoilday.

A MESSAGE FROM A CUSTOMER WHO WISHES THEY HAD BOOKED WITH US!!!
Just wanted to let you know I should have gone with you guys. Nightmare experience!!!
I ordered a 5 door Getz which was the swinging decision – same price 5 doors as you guys. I turn up and it’s a 5 door Accent that’s about 10 years old. It smells revolting (smoke etc) and the steering wheel smells awful (petrol).
The baby seat they gave me DIDN’T work!! I had to drive to the Gold Coast from Brisbane with my son in the backseat strapped in. I was panicking. I couldn’t call them to come and replace it.. The seat was filthy with food everywhere and was so old. It was an insult to put my son into.
They also charged me $5 a day which I was told I wouldn’t be charged for. They charged me for the day I had the broken seat…. My poor mum had to take a bus home that night as I couldn’t drop her home as Alex didn’t have a car seat. Nice putting your mum on a bus at 10pm at night because the car seat doesn’t work.
Overall shocking time and will never use that ‘unnamed’ rental car company again!!!

My family and I hired a car during our stay in Brisbane. We were extremely please with the entire experience we encountered with the Alpha staff. Our car was still available after we arrived a day late due to our flight from Los Angeles being canceled. After we arrived back in the states we discovered Alpha had left a message stating they knew our flight had been canceled and did we still need the rental. We showed up a day late and there was no problem getting the car we reserved even though we had no way of contacting them. Everyone was fast, efficient, courteous and friendly. I was nervous about someone driving us to and from the airport. However, I felt extremely safe with the driver driving my husband, my 2 small children and myself. On our second rental we hired a GPS system which in the end was a big help getting around the city. We received a great rate on the GPS and will nevere drive without one when on vacation. I was concerned about not going with a company we were famailiar with in the US, such as Avis or Budget. However, Alpha provided us with the best rental service we have ever had.
