Toll Roads in around Brisbane Airport
South East Queensland has a number of toll roads to help you avoid the typical city traffic. As everything comes at a cost, the the tolls range from $1.56 - $4.25 per toll point with some routes crossing multiple points (increasing every 6 months).
Toll roads include:
- Gateway Motorway
- Logan Motorway
- Clem Jones Tunnel (aka CLEM 7 Tunnel)
- Go-Between Bridge
- Airport Link (aka M7)
Queensland no longer has manual toll points where you pay with cash. The new system requires you to register your car and settle payments through GoVia. This is the easiest way to ensure that you don't miss any toll fees, especially if you're visiting from out of town. Remember, on purpose or not, missing toll fees will cost you more money on penalties. If setting this all up seems too much of a hassle, our Alpha team would be more than happy to help you with this when you collect your car.
Remember that if you go over a toll and haven't pre-paid, you have to arrange payments within 3 days of passing them. For more information, check out our QLD Tolls page or visit the GoVia website.
