Day 1: Car Collection from Gold Coast Airport

After collecting your vehicle from Alpha Car Hire, take a short drive to the Gold Coast and the holiday playground of Surfers Paradise.

Day 2: Surfers Paradise

Take a day to explore the beaches, boutiques and cafes of Surfers Paradise. If you are looking for something with a bit of action head to Dreamworld, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World or Wet 'n' Wild - Australia's best theme parks.

Lamington National Park

Day 3: Surfers Paradise - Lamington National Park

The bustle of the Gold Coast gives way to rural charm as you head into the Hinterland for an overnight stay in beautiful Lamington National Park. Activities include mountain walks, rainforest canopy boardwalks and glow worm tours.

Lake Mckenzie, Fraser Island

Days 4 & 5: Lamington National Park - Fraser Island

It's a long but scenic drive today to Hervey Bay, where you park your car at the ferry terminal before crossing to the protected Fraser Island for a two-night stay. Your time here is at leisure to swim in the clear freshwater lakes, walk through towering rainforests or take a local tour along Seventy Five Mile Beach. Please Note: our vehicles are not permitted on unsealed roads.

Noosa Beach

Days 6 & 7: Fraser Island - Noosa

Catch the ferry back to the mainland, and drive south for a two-night stay in stunning Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy a day at leisure sunbathing, surfing and indulging your tastebuds in this culinary hotspot.

Day 8: Sunshine Coast - Brisbane

Drive back to Brisbane, perhaps stopping at the entertaining croc-fest that is Australia Zoo.
